Facebook finally rolled out testing of the latest standalone video group chat app called Bonfire. A number of people who are curious about this application can finally use it, after several months ago rumors about Bonfire circulating on the internet.
In accordance with the type of service, users can video chat with a number of people at once. Bonfire is rated similar to the Houseparty app, which is currently popular among teenagers.
The new app comes with a number of features, including filters like Snapchat while doing video calls. In addition users can also share pictures from Bonfire to social networks Instagram, Facebook and Messenger.
For now, Bonfire can only be used by users of iOS-based operating system (OS) devices in Denmark. Unfortunately when asked to comment, Facebook is reluctant to provide detailed information about the application.
"We are interested in the way everyone uses technology and how we create great experiences for them.We currently run a small test in Denmark for an app called Bonfire.We have no other information to provide right now," said a Facebook representative in the statement.
